{ Black Bean-Mango Salsa }

1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
2 teaspoons finely chopped canned chipotle chile in adobo sauce
1-1/2 teaspoons finely chopped jalapeño pepper
1/2 teaspoon hot sauce (such as Tabasco)
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 mango, peeled and chopped
1 (15-ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained

1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl; toss well.

Yield: 5 servings (Serving size: 1/2 cup)
